Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Ready-to-ship handloom pieces are dispatched from our artisan ateliers within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement and payment confirmation.
Customized, bridal bespoke garments or specialized made-to-order saree weaves may require 7 to 15 business days for weaving, finishing, and hand-crafting before dispatch. Estimated dispatch dates will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Order Tracking & Notifications
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an automated tracking notification via Email and WhatsApp/SMS with the Air Waybill (AWB) number and live tracking link.

Packaging & Inspection
Each ARANYAA saree and garment is wrapped in breathable archival tissue and encased in a custom keepsake box designed to protect natural fabrics from moisture, sunlight, and transit stress.
Please inspect the outer package upon delivery. If the courier box arrives tampered or significantly torn, please record a video and report it to us within 24 hours in accordance with our Return & Damage Policy.
