Are all ARANYAA products 100% authentic and handcrafted?
Yes, every ARANYAA saree and garment is crafted by certified master artisans across India using pure natural fabrics including Kanchipuram silk, Banarasi zari, Chanderi, organza, and breathable handloom cotton.
How does the "Bridal Shopping at Home" service work?
Our white-glove Bridal at Home concierge brings a curated selection of bridal sarees and lehengas directly to your doorstep with senior master styling and draping assistance. You can book an appointment via our Bridal at Home page.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
Every piece is thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch. We follow a strict No Return Policy for change of mind or personal preference. Genuine damaged items reported within 24 hours with an unboxing video are eligible for inspection and replacement. Please review our Return & Damage Policy.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Standard domestic delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Express shipping is available for urgent bridal or festive orders.
How should I care for my pure silk and handloom sarees?
We strongly recommend professional dry cleaning for all silk, zari, organza, and hand-embroidered garments. Store your sarees in breathable cotton bags and avoid direct contact with perfumes or moisture.

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and digital wallets via our secure encrypted gateway.
